On May 22 2024 department officers and members attended the graduation ceremony for Cody Cunningham. After 180 hrs of training in various aspects of fire fighting he received his certification for Firefighter 1. Cody is following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. On May 17th, 18th, and 19th the department held it's annual BBQ Competition. This year we had a total of 63 teams from both master series and backyard. There was a lot of new events this year we had 2 wing competitions one for the competitors on Friday night and our first responders contest on Saturday night.
