On May 29 2025 members from the Department traveled to the Montgomery County Fire Academy to attend the Firefighter 1 graduation of Kate Morris and Paige Miller. The students completed 188 hrs. of firefighter training on various skills. Skills included donning and doffing air packs, interior fire attack, hazardous materials and other various classroom training. After the graduation the graduates and guests were treated light refreshments. Firefighters Morris and Miller were presented with their interior helmet fronts.
