A Fun Night at the Corn Maze!
By Firefighter Jessica Bernard
October 10, 2009
The Twin Valley Fire Department members and their families were invited to Mast Farms Corn Maze today for Fire Prevention Week- Meet the Firefighters Day. Members took Rescue 69 for the community to look at and ask any questions they may have had.
The TVFD members and their families enjoyed many different activities such as the Hay Jump, Zip Line, Bale Mountain and Tunnels, Potato sling shot, and Pumpkin Painting. There was also a Petting Zoo with many different kinds of animals for the kids (and adults of course) to feed and pet. And finally there were two corn mazes which are cut out of 12 acres of corn in the shape of a fire truck.
We would like to thank Mast Farms for the invitation and fun times had by all.
