Reported House Fire in Warwick

TVFD units along with mutual aid units from 62 (Ridge FC), Tower 64 (Norco FC), Berks Engine 7 (Birdsboro Union FC), Rescue 47 (Lionville FC) along with 89 (EHBEMS) were dispatched for a reported house fire in the Warwick Township section of the first due. Reports were of a hoverboard caught fire in the residence, the homeowner had then removed it. Amb 89 arrived and confirmed it was removed. Engine 69-1 arrived and crews checked for extension and began ventilating the dwelling. The assignment was scaled back to 69 units and Berks Engine 7. Units went available after ventilation was complete. Quick action of the homeowner and being home while the unit was charging kept this incident from being worse.
