The TVFD was dispatched to Hopewell Road in Warwick Twp for a brush fire.
Chief 69 arrived on scene to find a 20x20 working fire in the woods. Brush 69-1 arrived and deployed a hand line to start extinguishing the fire. Engine 69-5 arrived on scene, set up a supply line to Brush 69-1, and then crews started cutting a fire line. Brush 69-2 arrived and assisted Engine 69-5's crew on the fire line. Utility 69-2 arrived with additional manpower. Chief 69 requested Engine 62-5 be dispatched at a reduced rate for additional water for overhaul operations.
