At 6:04am, TVFD was dispatched to a vehicle fire on Route 176 southbound in the area of Shiloh Road, Caernarvon Berks. Deputy 69 (Brooks) arrived at the exit 2 off ramp confirming a minivan fully involved. Engine 69-5's crew arrived and deployed a bumper handline for fire suppression. Overhaul and cleanup was completed and the scene was turned over to the State Police.

Units cleared at 6:54am.

At 12:42pm, TVFD was again dispatched to a vehicle fire in the parking lot of the old Home Furnishings Outlet on Morgantown Road, Caernarvon Berks. Engine 69-5 arrived on location with Chief 69 (Hornberger) confirming a police car fully involved. The car was a retired unit from a neighboring county police department, being used for driver training. Crews extinguished the fire and performed overhaul operations.
