At 8:37am, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to a serious accident on Route 401 in East Nantmeal. While units were enroute, Chester County Fireboard advised of additional EMS units being dispatched due to reports of multiple patients and an upgrade to entrapment. Ambulance 89-2 arrived onscene reporting a head on accident involving multiple vehicles with one overturned and confirmed one subject trapped. Rescue 69's crew arrived and worked on stabilizing the vehicles and extricating the trapped victim. A medical helicopter was requested by the EMS crew due to the extent of injuries and a landing zone was set up adjacent to the scene. All victims were transported to local hospitals for treatment, and TVFD crews remained until the investigation was completed by the State Police.

Final units cleared at 9:58am.

At 9:25pm, TVFD was alerted for debris cleanup and fire police assistance at a property damage accident on North Chestnut Street in Elverson Borough. Crews arrived onscene confirming a multiple vehicle non-injury accident blocking the roadway. Fire police closed the roadway while the vehicles and debris were safely cleared from the scene.

Units returned at 10:36pm.
