At 4:44pm, TVFD was dispatched for a brush fire on Laurel Road in Warwick. Brush 69-1 and Chief 69 arrived to find a tree limb leaning against an arching power line, causing sparks to ignite the ground brush. The power company was notified of the incident by the dispatch center, while personnel confirmed the area to be safe and extinguished the fire. A utility crew arrived onscene and took over the incident.
