At 3:56pm, TVFD was dispatched with Elverson EMS and Brandywine Medics to Isabella Road in West Nantmeal for an accident with entrapment. After Ambulance 89-2 responded, Chester County Fireboard reported two serious patients and advised of the addition of a unit from Honey Brook EMS and an additional medic unit. Two medical helicopters were placed on standby by the EMS crews until further patient evaluation. Ambulance 89-2 arrived onscene confirming a single vehicle accident with two patients trapped and unresponsive. Rescue 69 arrived and were assisted with extrication and patient care by Ladder 69's crew, as they were returning from another call. Due to the severity of the patient's injures, only one helicopter was dispatched to the scene, while the other patient was transported by ambulance. All patients were taken to a local trauma center for treatment, while fire units remained onscene until the investigation was completed by State Police.

All units cleared at 4:59pm.
