At 3:50pm, TVFD and EMS units covering Elverson from MICU 329 (Pottstown EMS) and Medic 93 (Brandywine) were dispatched to Saint Peter's Village in Warwick for a rescue of an injured person in the creek. Deputy 69 (J. Brooks) was already in the area and flagged down by bystanders requesting medical attention and manpower assistance out of the rocky terrain. The subject had suffered a severe injury and possible fracture to his lower leg while rock climbing, and was stuck in the middle of the creek. Chief 69 (Hornberger) arrived, establishing "Saint Peter's Command", and requested additional manpower from Station 62 (Ridge FC). MICU 329 arrived and began an assessment of the patient while crews from Rescue 69 and Rescue 62 established an extrication plan. Once the patient was safely removed off the rocks, he requested to go to the hospital by private vehicle.

All units cleared at 4:36pm.

*Members of TVFD remind everyone to please use caution when on the rocks and in the creek area. Additional reminder from the State Police that the quarry is off limits and will result in high fines due to that area being posted as restricted.
