At 5:41am, TVFD and Ambulance 89 (Elverson EMS) were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Mill Road in Caernarvon Berks. Chief 69 (P. Hornberger) arrived with a single vehicle up the embankment, and corrected the location to be Morgantown Road in Caernarvon Lancaster. Rescue 69 arrived and controlled hazards on the vehicle, provided traffic control, and assisted EMS with assessing the victims. The occupants refused transport to the hospital, and 69 units remained until removal of the vehicle.

TVFD cleared the scene at 6:45am.
