At 5:40pm, TVFD was alerted for the RIT (Rapid Intervention Team) to assist Station 33 (Honey Brook) at the house fire on Windswept Lane in Honey Brook Township. Chief 33 (Messner) arrived onscene and confirmed heavy fire showing from the second floor front of the home, requesting the re-alert for the working fire. Rescue 69 arrived behind 33's initial units, and the crew set up RIT tools and equipment in the front yard. First arriving engine crews from Honey Brook made a quick stop of the fire and held the severe damage to the area of origin. After standing by during firefighting efforts with no need for RIT, 69's crew was sent inside the structure by command to assist with salvage and overhaul operations.

Rescue 69 cleared the scene at 6:58pm.
