Today at 3:08pm, TVFD and Ambulance 89 (Elverson EMS) were alerted for an automobile accident at Route 345 and 401 in East Nantmeal. Rescue 69 arrived on location with a single vehicle accident off the roadway, into the woods. The crew assisted EMS with patient care, while fire police controlled traffic in the area.

While still at the accident scene, Rescue 69 was requested at 3:45pm, to assist at another EMS call in the area for a wheelchair bound subject that was struck in mud. The crew arrived and assisted in removing the subject to a safe area. The ambulance was cancelled due to no medical attention required, and the rescue crew cleared the scene at 3:56pm.

At 5:48pm, the department and Ambulance 89 were dispatched for an automobile accident in the parking lot of Walmart in Caernarvon Berks. Units arrived onscene with a two vehicle accident, blocking the roadway. Crews again assisted with patient care, cleaned up debris, and provided traffic control. All units cleared the scene at 6:37pm.
