On 2/17/2024, TVFD was alerted for Engine 69-5 to assist Station 73 (Ludwig’s corner) on a commercial building fire on the 1000 block of Pottstown Pike (Rt. 100). Engine 69-5 responded with a crew of 6. Shortly after Chief 73's arrival, the working fire dispatch was requested. Engine 69-5 arrived on scene and the crew assisted with fire attack and overhaul. Engine 69-5's operator assisted with water supply operations. Crews operated for a little over a hour before being released by command.
