Twin Valley Fire Department along with ambulance 89-1 (EHBEMS) were dispatched for an auto accident, reported to be a pickup truck into a front yard with unknown injuries.

Ambulance 89-1 arrived on location to find a single box truck up an embankment into a small cluster of trees, the driver of the vehicle self-extricated prior to EMS arrival. The driver was transported by EMS to a local facility for treatment.

Firefighters from Twin Valley Fire Department cleared debris and remained on the scene until the vehicle was able to be removed safely by the towing company.
