At 2:05am, TVFD and mutual aid companies were dispatched to a house fire on Harmonyville Road in Warwick. Responding units were advised of multiple reports of a porch fire that was quickly spreading to the rest of the house. Ambulance 89-1 arrived confirming a single family house fully involved with exposure to an adjacent house. Chief 69 (Hornberger) established "Harmonyville Command" and Deputy 69 (Brooks) assumed "Operations". Two additional tankers were requested due to the lack of hydrants in the area, as well as an additional engine from Station 64 (Norco) to set up a tanker fill site at nearby Saint Peter's Village. Engine 69-1 and Engine 62-1 (Ridge) arrived and deployed multiple hoselines for suppression and exposure protection. Due to the deteriorating interior floors and roof collapse from the large volume of fire, an exterior "defensive" attack was performed. Additional units from 69, 62, 64, 73, and 61 provided water supply and manpower for suppression and overhaul efforts. Fire police from TVFD and Ridge FC detoured traffic around the area and provided crowd control for bystanders. Local and State fire marshals conducted an investigation, while fire crews began securing and cleaning up equipment. After the structure was checked for hot spots and confirmed extinguished, all units were released by Harmonyville Command.

Final units cleared at 4:55am.

Special thanks to Churchtown and Garden Spot FC for providing standby coverage of the Twin Valley area while crews worked the fire and for assisting with cleaning equipment after returning to the station.
