Today the retired Engine 69-2, a 2002 Pierce Saber engine, headed north to the King Street Fire Department in Danbury, Connecticut. After their department members previously inspected the engine and had some minor upgrades installed, the unit finally loaded onto a transport trailer this afternoon to travel to it's new home. This engine was replaced with a 2015 Pierce Arrow last year, designated as "Engine 69-1".

The members of the Twin Valley Fire Department would like to thank the members of King Street FD for their purchase, as well as the assistance provided by Fire Line Equipment. Congratulates on the newest addition to your apparatus family and good luck!!
