At 6:47pm, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to an accident at Crossings Blvd in Caernarvon Berks. Responding units were advised the location to be in the area of Sonic and a nurse was on location checking the victims. Rescue 69's crew assisted EMS with patient care and controlled fluids and debris on the roadway. Due to multiple injuries, additional EMS units were requested to the scene. All patients were transported to a local hospital for treatment, and fire units cleared the scene.

Final units returned at 7:22pm.
