At 4:33pm, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to an auto accident at Main Street and Valley Road in Caernarvon Berks. Chief 69 (Hornberger) arrived confirming a three vehicle head on accident, with multiple patients. Additional ambulances and medic units were requested and dispatched from both Chester and Berks County. Fire Police from TVFD and Churchtown (Lancaster 34) were also requested to assist with traffic control. Rescue 69's crew assisted with patient care, securing the vehicles, debris cleanup and controlling spilled fluids. All injured subjects were transported to several area hospitals, while fire crews remained to assist with vehicle and debris removal.

Final units cleared at 5:32pm.
