At 6:01pm, TVFD, Ambulance 89 (Elverson EMS) and Medic 93 (Brandywine) were dispatched to the intersection of Crossings Blvd and Main Street in Caernarvon Berks for a serious vehicle accident. Ambulance 89-2 arrived onscene reporting multiple vehicles involved and upgraded the assignment to an MCI (multiple casualty incident) with nine total patients to be transported. Multiple ambulances were dispatched to the scene from the tri-county area to assist. Rescue 69's crew assisted EMS with patient care and controlled hazards on the vehicles and in the roadway. All patients were transported to a local trauma center for treatment and fire crews remained on location to assist with vehicle removal and debris clean up.

Final units cleared the scene at 7:12pm.
