At 5:01pm, TVFD, Elverson EMS, and Brandywine Medics were dispatched to a serious accident at Route 23 and Twin Valley Road in Caernarvon Berks. Chief 69 (Hornberger) arrived onscene reporting a two vehicle accident with one vehicle into a building and a subject having chest pains. Ambulance 89-2 and Medic 193 arrived and began treating the patients. Rescue 69's crew was directed to assist EMS, secure hazards on the vehicles and in the roadway, and check on the extent of structural damage. Minimal damage was found on the building and crews remained until the safe removal of the vehicles.

Units cleared the scene at 5:42pm.
