At 5:48pm, Station 69, Ambulance 89, and Medic 93 were dispatched to a serious accident at Route 23 and County Park Road in Warwick. Responding units were advised of a single vehicle into a tree, with the driver reported to be unresponsive. 69-30 (A. Chalfin) arrived first and updated the location to be just inside the park entrance off of County Park Road, and confirmed the driver to be walking around the scene disoriented. Rescue 69's crew arrived and assisted EMS with patient packaging and secured hazards and fluids on the vehicle. The driver was transported to a local trauma center while fire crews remained until the vehicle was removed.

All units cleared at 6:35pm.
