| Tragically this weekend, Philadelphia Fire Department lost a brother firefighter while battling a 3 alarm building fire in the Queen Village section of the city. Captain Michael Goodwin was a 29 year veteran assigned to Ladder 27 and was operating on the roof, when a collapse caused him to fall several stories and become trapped. Another firefighter, Andrew Godlinski, suffered hand burns during the rescue of Captain Goodwin from the rubble. Thoughts and prayers go out from the officers and members of Twin Valley to our brothers and sisters of the Philadelphia Fire Department and friends and family of both Captain Goodwin and Firefighter Godlinski.
