At 2:07pm, TVFD was dispatched to a vehicle fire on Morgantown Road in New Morgan Borough. Deputy 69 (Belgarde) arrived on location confirming an active fire around the front wheel, extending into the engine compartment. Portable extinguishers were used to control the fire spread until arrival of the apparatus. Engine 69-1's crew soaked the area down with a handline and confirmed the fire was extinguished. Units remained until the safe removal of the vehicle.
