At 3:53pm, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to an automobile accident on Route 401 in West Nantmeal. While units were responding, Chester County dispatch center advised of additional calls possibly reporting the location to be in Station 73's (Ludwig's Corner) area. Rescue 69 continued into the scene until confirmation of the actual location. Ambulance 89-2 arrived reporting a two vehicle accident in 73's area, and requested a medic unit for a head injury. Rescue 69's crew began clearing debris from the roadway and secured hazards on the vehicles, while fire police closed the roadway.

TVFD cleared at 4:40pm.
