One Trapped on Bulltown Road

At 3:38am, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to a serious accident on Bulltown Road south of Conestoga Road in East Nantmeal. Responding units were advised of a one vehicle accident into a tree, with subjects trapped. Chief 69 (Hornberger) arrived confirming the report, with one subject trapped and the driver possibly gone from the scene. Multiple EMS units arrived onscene and began treating the patients, while crews from Rescue 69 and Engine 69-1 began securing the scene and extricating the trapped victim. All subjects were safely transferred to ambulances and transported to a local trauma center for treatment of injuries. Fire crews remained throughout the State Police investigation and assisted with removing the vehicle.

TVFD cleared at 5:01am.
