At 4:54pm, TVFD was dispatched to assist Station 34 (Churchtown) at an accident with entrapment on Best Road in Caernarvon Lancaster. Assistant 34 (D. Martin) arrived on location confirming a single vehicle into a tree, with heavy entrapment. TVFD crews arrived and assisted 34 crews already involved in extricating the victim. The driver's side doors and "B-post" were removed and the dashboard was pushed off of the victim's pinned legs for extrication. EMS assumed patient care and transported to a local trauma center. Fire crews cleared debris and secured equipment while the State Police conducted an investigation. Squad 69 and fire police assist Station 34's fire police in closing the roadway during the incident. Command 34 released 69 units and returned available.

TVFD cleared at 5:28pm.
