At 6:54pm, TVFD and EMS were dispatched to an automobile accident at Main Street and Morview Blvd in Caernarvon Berks. Responding units were advised by Chester County Fireboard of an upgrade to the assignment adding a medic and additional ambulance due to reports of multiple injuries and an unconscious person. Chief 69 (Hornberger) and Deputy 69 (Brooks) arrived confirming a two vehicle accident with an unresponsive driver, and began patient care. Ambulance 89-1 and Medic 193 arrived and assumed care of the unresponsive victim, while crews also began assessing injuries in the other vehicle involved. Additional fire police were requested by command from Station 34 (Churchtown) to assist with traffic control. Rescue 69's crew worked on clearing debris and fluids from the roadway, and assisted EMS with patient care. Ambulance 36-1 (Fivepointville) arrived and determined a third ambulance would be needed due to multiple patients needing treatment and transport to the hospital. All patients were transported to a local trauma center for treatment, and fire units stood by until the police conducted an investigation and a large debris area was cleared.

Final units cleared at 7:49pm.
